Move the Money
Your savings are a climate decision. Most people have never checked.

What it was about
Move the Money asked a question almost nobody asks about their own finances: where is my money actually invested? The campaign gave an easy-to-follow guide for three different readers — private individuals, institutional investors and companies — and asked each of them to commit to moving money out of fossil fuels and into climate solutions.
Alongside the public guide we ran investor matchmaking, connecting capital with climate solutions that needed it. The campaign was run with UNDP, the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty Initiative and the Exponential Roadmap Initiative among its partners.
Why it was needed
Individual climate action is usually framed around consumption — what you eat, how you travel. For most people in wealthy countries the largest lever is invisible and much larger: a pension invested by default in whatever the market held. It takes an afternoon to change and almost nobody has been told.
