About the Foundation

We Don’t Have Time Foundation is a non-profit foundation based in Stockholm, working globally to democratize knowledge about climate solutions and mobilize action toward a prosperous, fossil-free future. We are the majority owner of We Don’t Have Time AB (publ), the world’s largest media platform for climate action. With more than 200,000 members across 180 countries, partnerships with over 450 companies, government bodies and civil society organizations and a monthly social media reach exceeding 200 million, the platform connects climate knowledge with a global audience. The Foundation uses this reach to run campaigns in the public interest, putting evidence, proven solutions and clear calls to action in front of decision-makers when it matters most.

We Don't Have Time Foundation's purpose is to contribute to a reduced climate impact and a long-term sustainable environment. Our campaigns and initiatives turn up the volume on the global climate agenda, create action for individuals and organisations, and deliver tangible results towards solving the climate crisis.

The Foundation is a Swedish non-profit foundation registered in Stockholm. The registration number, the statutes and the annual report will be published here.

Our Secretary General

Annika Billing

Secretary General

Annika Billing is the first Secretary General of the We Don't Have Time Foundation, appointed in 2026. She has been Secretary General of Operation Smile Sweden and Deputy Secretary General of SOS Children's Villages Sweden, and brings long experience of leading non-profit organisations, ESG analysis and strategy.

She leads the Foundation's day-to-day work: the campaign programme, partnerships and fundraising, and the relationship with the media platform.

Ingmar Rentzhog

FOUNDER & CHAIR OF THE BOARD

Ingmar founded We Don't Have Time in 2016 after a career as an entrepreneur in finance and financial communication. Becoming a father made him read up on the climate crisis; the election of Donald Trump convinced him that political leaders would not solve it on their own. He sold his company and started We Don't Have Time together with his colleague David Olsson.

Ingmar is a Forbes contributor, a member of Al Gore's Climate Reality, and former chair of the environmental think tank Global Challenge. Table.Climate lists him among the 100 most influential people on the global climate scene .

David Olsson

FOUNDER & BOARD MEMBER

David co-founded We Don't Have Time with Ingmar Rentzhog in 2016 and has been Chief Operating Officer since 2018. He came from strategy and writing in technology and B2B marketing, and shaped much of the language and narrative the organisation still uses.

He calls the climate crisis "our cold war" — the great narrative of the 21st century, a crisis that must be overcome rather than adapted to. He leads the media platform as chief operating officer.
